How long does it take to complete a custom suit?
Our standard tailoring time is 5-7 days for a complete suit. We also offer express service for 24-48 hour delivery at an additional cost. Multiple fittings are included to ensure perfect fit and satisfaction.
Do you provide alterations for existing garments?
Yes! We offer professional alteration services for all types of clothing, whether purchased from us or elsewhere. Our master tailors can adjust fit, length, and styling. We also provide free alterations within 6 months of purchase for our custom pieces.
What fabrics do you offer and what are the price ranges?
We carry premium fabrics from Italy, England, and Asia starting from ฿6,000 for suits. Our collection includes wool, cotton, linen, and luxury blends.
Where are you located and what are your operating hours?
We’re located inside Platinum Fashion Mall, 2nd Floor, Oxford Room 11-520A, Pratunam, Bangkok. We’re open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome. We also offer worldwide shipping.
